I think it’s no surprise the energies have been quite intense this year, and especially as of late. Were you dreaming of coming through the big 12/12/12 to awaken and bring in this beautiful year 2013 with love and world peace, only to feel spiritually backhanded by the energy hitting you in the face? I know I was. As I searched for answers as to what was going on the angels guided me to a huge “Ah-Ha”. You don’t have to be intuitive or sensitive to feel the effects of the energy and change. However if you are (and I am sure you are if you are reading this) then you have REALLY been feeling it.
So what was I guided to…solar flares! Who knew? I sure didn’t. So to save time because this is such a meaty topic I have out lined below what the angels are telling me most relevant for you to understand how the flares impact us and how to use them to our benefit.
What is a solar flare? (*3)
Solar flares are intense blooms of radiation that come from the release of the magnetic energy associated with sunspots. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) ranks solar flares using five categories from weakest to strongest: A, B, C, M, and X. Each category is 10 times stronger than the one before it. Within each category, a flare is ranked from 1 to 9, according to strength, although X-class flares can go higher than 9. According to NASA, the most powerful solar flare recorded was an X28 (in 2003).
There are other elements that can add to the impact of a solar flare:
Coronal mass ejections (CMEs) are bursts of solar material (clouds of plasma and magnetic fields) that shoot off the sun’s surface. Other solar events include solar wind streams that come from the coronal holes on the Sun and solar energetic particles that are primarily released by CMEs
Maximum Solar cycle
The number of sunspots increase and decrease over time in a regular, approximately 11-year cycle, called the solar or sunspot cycle. The exact length of the cycle can vary. More sunspots mean increased solar flares and CMEs. We are now in Solar Cycle 24, right in the middle of a peak or solar maximum this year 2013. The peak of the 11-year sunspot cycle brings us more solar flares, CMEs, and geomagnetic storms.
Solar activity is known to influence human consciousness. (*2)
Solar flares affect…
- the Central Nervous System (stomach lining)
- all brain activity (including equilibrium)
- along with human behavior and all psycho-physiological (mental-emotional-physical) response
Solar flares can cause us to be…
- have short term memory problems and heart palpitations
- feel nauseous
- have prolonged head pressure and headaches
So what I do is the following…1- Acknowledge this is only energy coming in from a flare. That simple step alone is huge because it will ease your mind and instantly allow you to not fight the feelings but accept them for what they are and continue on.2- Be sure to drink lots of extra water to help with the pull of energy on your body. Also try to eat more raw food. I also like root vegetables to help with the grounding process internally and nutritionally.3- Meditation and grounding. Staying grounded, centered, and in the here in now is also going to help lessen the symptoms.4- Get grounded and focus on what it is I want to bring about and heal. What do I want to work towards. Writing a goal list is great!5- Get to it, start to put your plan in motion and give thanks for the extra support in doing so!
