Daily Lesson from the Angels
We briefly mentioned in a prior message that we give you on average one million messages each day. The reason there are so many is that we are involved in everything you do whether you are aware of it or not.
 
We are gently nudging, guiding and directing. How successful we are at helping you is dependent upon your capacity to surrender and trust our guidance. This is very hard for many of you. Letting go of the ego is not a mainstream concept in your present culture.
 
 
Our advice is that you start small. Begin following our advice with the little, less significant events in your life.

  
For example, what music would be healthy to listen to? Or, what’s a nourishing and fulfilling way to spend your Sunday afternoon? Or, how can you decorate your bedroom to make it more peaceful?
 
Have fun and think of something small that we can help you with. Use this as your intention when you pick your angel card today.
 
 
Angel Card Exercise
Pick one angel oracle card and journal about what you think it might mean. How does it apply to the intention you set for working with the angels? (Note: We will be talking more about setting intentions later in this course. This is just the beginning!)
 
 
Journaling with the Angels
Today’s letter to you is from the Angel of Miracles. Please write the following on a new page in your journal and answer the questions by simply opening your heart and allowing the messages to flow through you.

        Miracles happen everyday! Big or small, each moment holds the potential for a miracle.
 
        Today, I would like to share that you get closer to experiencing miracles by  __________.
       
        Sometimes miracles appear as gems mined from tragedy or hardship. Look closer for the 
        miracle that lies within your experience of ____________.
       
        I would also like to say that ___________.

Angels in Your Daily Life
Pause for a moment and close your eyes. Bring your focus to your breath – your inhale of inspiration and your exhale of release.

 
Open your heart and soul to receive the love and guidance of your angels. Hold this intention as you continue to breathe deeply for at least 20 breathing cycles. Remember, you can count to five 4 times if that’s easier for you than counting to 20.
  
Let the peace of the angels be with you on every level of being.
